The purpose of forming the Sub-Chapter was to facilitate and encourage liaison between postgraduate students from the three Universities in Hong Kong which offer hydraulics related programs.

As a result of this, students will be aware of others who are interested in similar research topics, as well as taking ideas from other students relating to their MPhil or PhD studies.
